We offer a basic Service Level Agreement (SLA) which uses our own MaintainIT software as the backbone of the automated, day to day, maintenance routine.  It runs on your schedule, not ours.  We also go onsite to your business once a month, or more if you wish, to check on your computers and ensure optimum operations.  From there, you can include additional services as you need them, including our GuaranteedIT service which covers your computers from labor rates if any of them go down while under one of our SLA contracts (more details under the Services Link).  A list of other additional services is below, and all labor rates are discounted with a SLA.
